Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus for preferred qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency, and digital messaging skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of internal communication strategies aligned with holding's objectives.
• Plan and execute communications to convey senior management messages accurately and consistently.
• Develop communication plans for projects and initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage content, publishing calendars, and internal platforms; drive improvements for effective use.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of corporate events to strengthen culture.
• Prepare and manage announcements, news, leadership communications, campaigns for employees.
• Address internal communication needs across departments and group companies, aligning with overall strategy.
• Measure effectiveness of activities and drive continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
• Monitor developments and trends in internal communications to enhance approaches.
