Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking an Insurance Specialist to manage quotations, policy administration, and claims coordination for the group in Türkiye. You will evaluate policy terms, liaise with insurers, prepare internal reports, and ensure timely renewals while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Insurance or related fields, 3–5 years in the insurance industry, advanced Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; military service completed/exempt for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance quotations and evaluate coverage terms for Rönesans Holding and group companies.
• Manage all policy issuance, endorsements, and mid-term administration for the portfolio.
• Support claims handling and indemnity processes by coordinating activities and documentation.
• Maintain communication with insurers and brokerage firms.
• Monitor policy renewals and prepare internal reports related to insurance operations.
• Ensure timely policy data transfers to relevant systems.

What You’ll Do?

• Obtain insurance quotations from insurers and brokers for insurance policies covering Rönesans Holding and its group companies; evaluate and compare deductibles, coverage, and policy terms and conditions, and present recommendations for approval. (Relevant lines of business include Engineering, Liability, Property, Motor, and Non-Motor Accident Insurance, among others.)
• Manage all policy issuance, endorsement, and mid-term policy administration processes for the assigned insurance portfolio.
• Support claims handling and indemnity processes by coordinating relevant activities and documentation.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with insurance companies and brokerage firms.
• Monitor and manage policy renewal processes to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain internal reports related to insurance operations.
• Ensure timely policy data transfers to relevant systems and monitor current account entries.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Insurance, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use English effectively in both written and verbal communication
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempt.
