Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication and PR strategies for Rönesans and its group companies in Türkiye and international markets.
• Prepare crisis communication plans and lead their implementation.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
• Plan and execute corporate social responsibility and sustainability communications.
• Support executive and leadership communication, including spokesperson processes.
• Plan and manage internal communication initiatives, including events and employee engagement.
• Coordinate relationships with communication agencies and external partners.
• Lead projects to strengthen corporate reputation and brand positioning.
• Manage corporate social media planning and content processes.
• Coordinate marketing communication activities across the Holding and group companies.
• Oversee sponsorships and social responsibility projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or Psychology.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, consultancy, public relations, or brand communications.
• Strong background in leadership communication, media relations, social media management, internal communication, and sustainability communications.
• Proven experience in communication projects and crisis management within multinational companies or across different industries.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a dynamic business environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both strategic and operational communication tasks.

• Lead and execute projects that strengthen corporate reputation and brand positioning.
• Manage corporate social media communication processes and content planning.
• Develop, coordinate, and support marketing communication activities across the Holding and its group companies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee corporate sponsorships, sponsorship agreements, partnership initiatives, and social responsibility projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Closely monitor the communication agenda, anticipate emerging issues, and respond quickly to evolving business needs.
