Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to oversee design, deployment, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage and cloud environments. You will drive upgrades, migrations, and ensure alignment with long-term IT roadmaps while leading a diverse, globally distributed team.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure, strong network and cloud expertise, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT-related field; Master’s desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
• Fluent English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and management of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations to maintain reliability and performance.
• Lead and manage the helpdesk team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure security policies and compliance with global IT standards.
