• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering or related roles.
• Valid B class driving licence.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, result oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise to improve business activities, workflows and equipment.
• Offer field support to country management on facilities and productivity issues.
• Manage day-to-day Engineering Projects for ROI on facilities and equipment.
• Ensure cost-effective selection of facilities, equipment and layouts.
• Deploy engineering tools developed by regional office to Turkish facilities.
