Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning in Türkiye. You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering and finance to ensure on-time delivery within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role involves leading diverse projects across the Cine cluster, with hands-on responsibility and opportunities for continuous improvement in a global industrial environment. This is an on-site position based in the Aydın/Cine area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mining or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management in an industrial environment.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CAPEX projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE and finance.
• Develop scope, budgets, schedules and risk management plans.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
