Job summary

Sibelco Turkey Madencilik Tic A.S. seeks a proactive Project Manager to own CAPEX projects from concept to handover at our Alipasa Tesis site. You will collaborate with operations, engineering and procurement to deliver on time, within budget and to specification.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of industrial project management, strong budgeting and risk skills, and fluent Turkish and English. This is an on‑site role requiring hands‑on leadership in a dynamic minerals environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining or another relevant technical field.
• 4+ years of project management experience within an industrial production environment.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and engineering in mining or related industries.
• Strong planning, budgeting, procurement, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAPEX projects from initiation to handover, across all phases.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and procurement teams.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and share project lessons learned.
