Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, collaborating with operations, engineering and key stakeholders at the Cine site. This on-site role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget to improve site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining or another relevant technical field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience within an industrial production environment.
• Solid hands-on experience with CAPEX projects and engineering in mining or industrial minerals.
• Strong budgeting, planning, procurement and contractor management skills.
• Experience with feasibility studies and business cases.
• Proactive, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Turkish and English proficiency.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
