Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Susurluk, Turkey, is seeking an Indirect Buyer to join the procurement team. You will analyze needs, develop strategic plans, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize value and ensure ethical procurement practices.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor market trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of supplier performance. Fluency in English and experience with SAP/Ariba are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university.
• 4+ years in procurement; food industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge SAP, Ariba knowledge.

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for Indirect Buyer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Indirect Buyer role lies within the Procurement team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze company needs for indirect procurement and develop strategic plans.

• Monitor market trends to identify the best suppliers and pricing opportunities.

• Create cost-saving initiatives and ensure sustainable procurement strategies.

What you bring
