Job summary

Beko Corporate, part of Koç Holding A.Ş., seeks an Associate – Import Logistics to join the Supply Chain Directorate in Turkey. You will design automatic reports, support budgeting systems, and manage global import logistics projects to enhance delivery reliability.

The role requires experience with multi-modal shipments, incoterms, and government import regulations, plus strong English and SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan import logistics and customs activities to ensure timely delivery
• Handle multi-modal shipments with incoterms and import regulations
• Manage import documentation, letters of credit, and inbound customs operations
• Monitor supplier and forwarder performance and publish metrics
• Provide traceability of reports and support decision-making with Qlik systems
• Collaborate with production planning to communicate shipment status
• Develop cost-reduction methods and optimize landed costs
• Engage with transporters and customs brokers to meet service levels

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Import Logisticswho will join our team atSupply Chain DirectorateinBeko Corporate.

Maximizing operational efficiency, optimizing the systems, designing automatic reports, leading of decision support systems,

Report design with system data and creation of new measuring systems,

Support/ createfor an advanced Import Logistics budgeting system and business development projects,

Follow up on Global Supply Chain systems and reporting,

Provide traceability of all reports in the Qlik system,

Planimport logistics and customsactivities in order to ensure timely delivery of material and products,

Implement import opportunities in the areas of logistics by following developments for the objective of the company,

Ensure the timely flow of information to production planning teams about shipments and customs operations,

Experience in making multi-modal shipments, in-depth knowledge of Incoterms and governmental regulations covering import customs regulations,

Monitor, analyze, and publish performance metrics of suppliers and forwarders,

Deal with international logistics, managing import documentation, letters of credit, inbound customs operations,

Conductrelations with transporters and customs brokers on expected and achieved service levels,

Providenew methods for cost reductions,

Participatein projectsand procedures to reduce transportation costs and improve overseas on-time delivery performance,

Analyze alternate transportation solutions to provide a cost-effective transportation model,

Makeremarkable supply chain projects in order to ease all working processes,

Contribute to supply chain logistics cost optimization to enable the best landed costs.

How do we describe the perfect match?

Preferably, knowledge of decision support systems or similar systems,

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP knowledge is an asset.
