Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in İstanbul seeks a Customer and Logistics Operations Expert to coordinate daily logistics, monitor service performance, and drive improvements in lead times, service levels, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for Customer and Logistics Operations Expert – Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters located in İstanbul.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and monitor service performance to ensure fulfillment of operational targets and customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve customer lead times and support initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels and responsiveness.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate recurring operational performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee packaging and dispatch processes and ensure compliance with defined operational standards and process requirements.
• Manage customer claims and complaints related to logistics performance, service quality, delivery execution, and lead times.
• Investigate service issues, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor implementation until sustainable resolution is achieved.
• Coordinate recurring performance reviews and operational alignment meetings with logistics service providers.
• Monitor warehouse utilization and capacity levels and coordinate actions to prevent operational bottlenecks and overflow situations.
• Track inventory exceptions, partial stock situations, and related operational risks while coordinating recovery actions.
• Coordinate customer pickup appointments and collection activities to ensure smooth execution and effective communication among all involved parties.
• Act as a central point of contact for logistics-related customer inquiries and operational escalations.
• Analyze operational performance trends and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics processes, warehouse operations, and customer service performance.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics partners to ensure alignment and transparency on operational topics.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics operations, warehouse operations, customer service, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field.
• Experience working with logistics service providers, warehouse operations, and customer-facing supply chain activities.
• Experience coordinating operational processes and driving performance improvements.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation operations.
• Experience managing customer claims, service failures, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Knowledge of logistics performance indicators and operational reporting.
• Experience using customer relationship management and operational software tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
