Job summary

Avery Dennison in Istanbul seeks a Customer Service Representative for a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is onsite-to-hybrid (1 day/week in the office) and focuses on handling customer accounts, ensuring full order fulfillment, and communicating supply chain solutions to enhance satisfaction and responsiveness.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, strong Turkish and English communication, and solid data-entry and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated excellence in data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts with regard to order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment.
• Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
• Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers.
