Job summary

Avery Dennison in Istanbul is seeking a Sales Executive to grow revenues within assigned territory. This hybrid role requires 1 day in the Kagithane office weekly and a focus on strategic account plans, value propositions, and quotes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, a relevant bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Turkish, and a valid driver's license. The position offers health insurance, multiple allowances, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in apparel/textile/printing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Valid driving license with travel flexibility.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize and manage strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue, volume, price and mix objectives.
• Uncover and assess customer requirements to develop tailored value propositions with product recommendations and quotes.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts through screening techniques and referrals.
• Build, strengthen and manage long-term customer relationships with visits and follow-ups.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity and territory performance using SWOT and forecasting.
