The role focuses on managing customer accounts, ensuring complete order fulfillment, and advocating for customer requirements to boost satisfaction and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or related field.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated excellence in data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts with regard to order processing, tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment.
• Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
• Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers.
