Job summary

Avery Dennison Istanbul is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory. This hybrid role is based at Kagithane, Istanbul, Turkey, with 1 day per week in the office.

You will create strategic territory plans, identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate across functions to meet targets. The position offers health insurance and various allowances, plus a range of development and flexible-work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, textile or printing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Valid driving license with no obstacles to traveling.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to account management.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and manage strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue, volume, price, and mix objectives.
• Uncover and assess customer requirements to develop, present, and execute tailored value propositions and provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, and quotes.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts through screening techniques, referrals, and active prospecting.
• Build, strengthen, and manage long‑term customer relationships by planning effective visits, conducting appropriate follow‑ups, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory performance using SWOT analysis and accurate forecasting, collaborating cross-functionally to navigate complex customer challenges.
