HR CUBE Human Capital Consulting represents a Turkish family-owned company seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor for its manufacturing facility in Isparta. The role covers both blue-collar and white-collar HR operations with a hands-on, strategic focus.

You will ensure Turkish Labour Law compliance, lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and stakeholder engagement with the Istanbul headquarters, while delivering practical HR policies for a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial HR roles.
• Knowledge of blue‑collar and white‑collar HR processes.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time at the ISPARTA facility.

HR CUBE Human Capital Consulting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor on behalf of a Turkish family‑owned company operating in Türkiye. The company’s headquarters are located in Sarıyer, Istanbul, while this position will be based at its manufacturing facility in Isparta.

We are looking for a hands‑on HR professional with strong expertise in managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar HR operations and excellent spoken English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions, covering both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.
• Manage workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law and applicable HR regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices tailored to a manufacturing environment.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and workplace relations.
• Collaborate with senior management and relevant stakeholders at the company’s Istanbul headquarters.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor key HR metrics, and provide strategic HR insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
