Job summary

MAT Filtration Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Gaziemir and Urla factories in Izmir, Turkey. The role focuses on administering HR processes, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll, and OHS adherence within our manufacturing facilities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws. Proficiency in English and Excel is preferred.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at our Gaziemir and Urla factories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities, such as Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or related fields,
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources,
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security legislation, and other relevant legal regulations,
• Proven experience in timekeeping/attendance tracking, employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and payroll processes,
• Preferably experienced in using Logo HR,
• Experience in recruitment, training, and development processes,
• Preferably proficient in English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Competent in preparing reports and presentations.

Job Description
