In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the factory’s digital transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence through data-driven solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the digital integration of health, safety, and environmental processes. You will report directly to the Düzce Factory Strategy and Operational Excellence Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying, planning, prioritizing and coordinating digital transformation projects based on business value and operational impact to support the factory’s digitalization vision,
- Managing projects by overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resource allocation,
- Leading pilot implementations of digital initiatives and standardizing successful solutions across the manufacturing site,
- Coordinating activities among Information Technology teams, business units and external technology vendors,
- Analyzing digital data collection processes, real-time monitoring systems, operational losses, deviations and inefficiencies across production, packaging, quality control, engineering, logistics and energy management functions while ensuring reliable and automated KPI generation,
- Collaborating with e-Compliance teams to ensure that digital solutions comply with Computerized System Validation (CSV), EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) requirements,
- Promoting digital awareness and developing organizational capabilities within the scope of Operational Technology (OT),
- Bridging business units and IT teams by identifying business needs and implementing suitable digital solutions,
- Supporting the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems through field audits, data collection, and continuous improvement activities,
- Organizing emergency preparedness drills, training programs and operational activities while coordinating follow-up actions with relevant departments.
Which Profile Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields,
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation and/or operational excellence,
- Experience in project management and lean manufacturing systems,
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices for pharmaceutical manufacturing), FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity systems,
- Familiarity with applications such as MES, LIMS, QMS, EAM, EMS, WMS, SAP/S4, PAT, Data Analytics, and AI/ML,
- Advanced user of MS office applications,
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
