Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities across multiple mission-critical construction projects in Istanbul. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors.

Based in Turkey or willing to relocate to Istanbul, you will ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and international standards, deliver risk controls, audits, and incident

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent in large-scale construction environments.
Experience leading HSE across multi-site projects and coordinating with contractors.
Strong knowledge of Turkish HSE legislation and international standards.

Responsibilities

Lead HSE culture across multiple project sites and contractors.
Act as primary HSE representative to project leadership and clients.
Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, project requirements, and best practices.
Develop and implement project-specific HSE strategies and improvements.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
