Job summary

Georg Fischer Ltd. in Türkiye seeks an experienced HSE Executive to lead Occupational Health & Safety and Risk initiatives across the site in Çerkezköy. You will drive zero-accident performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen risk management with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in EHS, and knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, Turkish regulations, and audits. English proficiency preferred and NEBOSH/IOSH advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferably in a hazardous manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related management systems.
• Good understanding of Turkish and international EHS regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, audits and training delivery.
• NEBOSH, IOSH and/or Occupational Safety Specialist certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Risk Management programs across the site.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish legislation, ISO standards, and corporate requirements.
• Lead accident, incident and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive risk assessments, emergency preparedness programs, and safety culture initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Manage contractor safety and environmental compliance.
• Support sustainability reporting and global risk management projects.
• Organize EHS trainings, committee meetings, and awareness programs.
