Job summary

Georg Fischer Türkiye is seeking an experienced HSE Executive to lead Occupational Health & Safety and Risk initiatives across the site. You will drive zero-accident performance, ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen risk management through audits, training and incident investigations.

You will organize EHS programs, support sustainability reporting and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to continuously improve EHS performance, safety culture and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience in hazardous manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Understanding of Turkish and international EHS regulations.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS and Risk Management programs across the site.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Drive risk assessments, emergency preparedness and safety culture initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and certifications.
• Manage contractor safety and environmental compliance.
• Support sustainability reporting and global risk projects.
• Organize trainings and committee meetings.
• Monitor waste management and environmental processes.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve EHS performance.
