Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an HR Business Partner, Talent & Learning Lead to partner with business leaders and drive talent development, learning, and organizational capability across the organization.

The role focuses on designing integrated talent, learning, succession, and organizational development initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and enabling a strong pipeline of future leaders in a globally distributed ING network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Significant experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience implementing global programs, designing and delivering talent, succession, leadership, and learning initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience working with senior leaders and management teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical people and capability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Talent Strategy & Talent Management: design and improve HR frameworks across recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation, diversity and onboarding.
• Learning & Capability Development: diagnose capability gaps and deliver targeted learning interventions.
• Leadership Development: lead leadership assessment, workshops, and programs to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Organizational Development & Change: support org design and change initiatives.
• Strategic HR Business Partnering: provide guidance on policies, analytics, and workforce planning.
• People Analytics & Insights: leverage data to inform talent decisions and learning investments.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement: ensure compliance and measure impact of HR initiatives.
