Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated HR frameworks across recruitment, performance, development, and succession.
• Lead Talent Strategy, Learning, Leadership Development and Organizational Development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks, gaps and development plans; drive governance and continuous improvement.
