Job summary

Pegasus Airlines in Istanbul is seeking an HR Operations Specialist - Disabled to support HR Business Partners with correspondence, filing, and project delivery. Applicants must provide a medical board report showing a minimum disability rate of 40% and must state the disability and degree in the cover letter.

The role requires a university degree, preferably experience in HR processes, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, time management, teamwork, discipline and motivation;

• Strong planning and organizational abilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out correspondence, communications, and filing processes related to the activities managed by the HR Business Partners
• Prepare warning and appreciation letters, and manage the delivery and follow-up of co-mail communications
• Provide support to Human Resources Business Partners
• Support other human resources projects as required

Requirements:

• Graduated from relevant university departments
• Preferably experienced in human resources processes
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective time management, and a good team player
• Disciplined, highly motivated, with strong planning and organizational abilities
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possesses analytical thinking skills
• Preferably has a good command of English
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

In this role, you will
