Job summary

Assan Panel in Istanbul's Tuzla Head Office seeks an Human Resources Specialist to develop and manage HR policies and processes. You will support the HR Director on multiple HR domains to build a skilled, engaged workforce aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities include recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and internal communication. English fluency is required for global interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or similar.
• Up to 5 years of HR experience, general perspective preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills and SAP HR knowledge is a plus.
• Good verbal and written English skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain HR policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration or similar departments,
• Preferably maximum 5 years of experience gained in Human Resources in a general perspective,
• Excellent MS Office skill is must and SAP HR knowledge is plus,

• Experience on a similar role especially in a production company & preferably global organization,
