You will support Training & Development, Recruitment, and Employer Branding initiatives across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus while handling day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, international retail environment. The role requires strong English communication, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive, confidential approach to HR work.

Responsibilities

• Support training and development programs planning, coordination, and delivery for Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding content and university relations activities.
• Provide HR operations support including onboarding/offboarding and HR data accuracy.
