Job summary

Aviagen is seeking an HR intern in Ankara to support the HR team with daily tasks and ongoing projects. This paid internship offers long-term, part-time engagement (at least 10–11 months) and exposure to managers, executives, and colleagues across the organization.

The role is ideal for a 3rd/4th year student or master's candidate in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering who is fluent in Turkish and English, proficient in MS Office, and eager to learn and contribute in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Be a 3rd or 4th-year university student, or master's degree student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Result-oriented, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
• Interested in the HR field and able to work from the Ankara office.

We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects. This is a paid internship position.
