Job summary

Banvit MBRF, a leading global food manufacturer with facilities in Bandırma, İzmir and Elazığ, seeks an Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Engineer. You will develop and update maintenance plans, perform reliability analyses, and manage spare parts while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in an industrial plant, PLC/HMI programming expertise (Mitsubishi/Siemens), SAP PM familiarity, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial plant with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi and Siemens).
• Familiarity with SAP PM module.
• Knowledge of PDCA and Cause-and-Effect Diagram.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and weekends.
• Resident in Bandırma or open to relocation.

What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Develop and update maintenance plans, define technical standards, review maintenance frequencies, and implement maintenance routines
• Perform systematic analyses, including Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), for critical equipment; analyze Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and recommend reliability improvements
• Support spare parts management activities, including inventory optimization, stock control, and localization initiatives
• Establish and monitor maintenance targets and KPIs
• Monitor and control the maintenance budget
• Promote maintenance best practices and support the preparation and delivery of technical training programs
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures, use appropriate safety equipment, and report hazards, incidents, and safety issues

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial plant with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Good knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, including backup upload/download procedures (Mitsubishi and Siemens)
• Familiarity with the SAP PM module
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools (e.g., PDCA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and on weekends when required
• Living in Bandırma or open to relocation
