Job summary

Banvit MBRF, a leading Turkish food manufacturer, seeks a Production Supervisor to manage the line, monitor resources, and ensure quality and HSE compliance. The role offers exposure within a global food group and opportunities in Bandırma with shift work.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Food Engineering or Veterinary Science, have at least 1 year in the food industry, and command MS Office; English is highly desirable and relocation to Bandırma is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Veterinary Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry.
• Expertise in food safety and food technology standards.
• Good command of English (highly desirable).
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Living in Bandırma or open to relocation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and alternate production hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production line by controlling the intake and output of materials, workforce and resources
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate production results of the Further Processing Plant (FPP); coach and discipline team members
• Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
• Participate in decision‑making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented
• Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented
