Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Legal and labor law certificate and knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner advising on all people-related topics.
• Support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for production and professional roles.
• Drive talent development initiatives.
• Coach and support leaders in performance management.
• Partner with Labor Councils to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and implement HR programs and policies.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret HR data and reports.
• Lead activities related to employee engagement.
• Contribute to HR projects and organizational changes.
