Job summary

Hayat is seeking a qualified HR analytics professional to design and optimize HR systems and processes, providing accurate insights for strategic decisions.

You will develop regular people analytics reports and HR dashboards, support budgeting, and drive data-driven projects with HR partners and management.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with excellent communication, Excel proficiency, and HRIS experience, and speaks English fluently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Engineering, Business Admin, Statistics, Mathematics or related Analytical fields).
• Minumum 2 years of HR experience in system design and structural design for HR processes and integrations.
• Knowledge of business planning, process analysis, and design, business and functional requirements analysis, implementation, test, training, support and change management.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to details with the ability to have a global view.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS.
• Experience in project management and compilation of HR cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English,
• Experience in SAP HR and SAP BPC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Preparing regular people analytics reports and playing a key role in the development of the HR dashboard
• Researching trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization.
• Supporting Management and all HR Functions with workforce data and actionable insights.
• Participating and realizing HR projects.
• Help with integrating HR Dashboards and fostering a data-driven decision making.
• Coordinating HR Budgeting processes (Paycost and Function Expenses), regularly reporting HR Budget & Actuals, analyzing variances.
