Job summary

Fairmont Quasar Istanbul is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department's daily operations and assist in coordinating campaigns and promotional activities.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to drive hotel awareness, coordinate events, and manage administration, reporting to help maximize commercial results. Fluent English and native Turkish are required, with 1–2 years in hotel marketing and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role in hotel business.
• Fluent English and native-level Turkish.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on coordination and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and departmental activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase hotel awareness and drive sales.
• Prepare and update marketing materials and content for internal and external use.
• Coordinate meetings, attendance, and reporting for the Marketing Director and department.
