Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Hospitality Application Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is designed for Front Office team members with hospitality operations experience and a passion for delivering seamless technology support to hotel staff.

You will provide hands-on technical assistance, collaborate with IT to maintain infrastructure, train users, and ensure service requests are resolved promptly while upholding RHG standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hotel environment experience, preferably Front Office.
• Experience with EMMA and RHG processes.
• Strong English and Turkish language skills.
• Experience end-user support in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and assist in the procurement of hardware and software resources.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, providing recommendations for technology improvements and optimizations.

• Must have > Hands-on experience working in a hotel environment, preferably in Front Office Operations.
• Good to have > Practical experience using EMMA and a strong understanding of RHG operational processes.
• Good understanding of hotel systems, applications, and workflows, with the ability to support operational users.
• Experience providing end-user support, training, or system guidance within a hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for hotel teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with new technologies and system enhancements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Native-level Turkish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
