Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Hospitality Application Support Specialist to join our Regional IT team in Turkey. You will provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolve software issues promptly, and collaborate with IT to maintain network and system infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has Front Office operations experience, native Turkish and professional English skills, and familiarity with EMMA.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and assist in the procurement of hardware and software resources.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, providing recommendations for technology improvements and optimizations.
• Must have hands-on experience working in a hotel environment, preferably in Front Office Operations.
• Good to have Practical experience using EMMA and a strong understanding of RHG operational processes.
• Good understanding of hotel systems, applications, and workflows, with the ability to support operational users.
• Experience providing end-user support, training, or system guidance within a hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for hotel teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with new technologies and system enhancements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Native-level Turkish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
