Job summary

Çim-Nak in Kocaeli, Türkiye is seeking an Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance programs for electrical equipment, inspections of grounding and lightning protection systems, and managing electrical systems at high voltage facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, strong English, knowledge of MS Office, SAP and AutoCAD, willingness to work shifts, and the ability to cooperate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, etc.
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible working hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong awareness of occupational health and safety.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and following up on planned and unplanned maintenance programs for equipment malfunctions.
• Conducting annual inspections and maintenance of grounding systems, lightning protection systems, and elevator systems.
• Being responsible for the operation of all electrical systems within the scope of operational responsibility at high-voltage facilities.
• Managing relations with relevant official institutions to ensure the company’s electricity requirements are met.
• Developing solutions to minimize energy losses.
• Following up on material orders and supplies.
• Taking part in field studies and monitoring electrical machinery at open-pit mining sites.
• Carrying out the necessary procedures for spare parts procurement.
• Contributing to Product & Process Development (P&D) projects related to electrical machinery.
• Working in close coordination with other relevant departments.
