Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join one of the world’s leading car manufacturers. You will monitor dealer performance, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive network development and customer satisfaction.

We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in English. Travel as needed; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus; flexible working hours with a global perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in related fields.
• Related years of experience in Automotive Industry especially in reports and analysis for Top Management and business experience.
• Good communication, planning, organizational and management reporting skills.
• Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills with dealer & customer focused point of view.
• Process management and consulting skills.
• Having knowledge about AutoCAD or similar programs is a plus.
• Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS Office knowledge is required.
• Advanced level of both written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on dealer performance, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and performance standards.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance data to make informed recommendations for network development.
• Devise and execute innovative projects aimed at optimizing dealer efficiency and profitability.
• Establishment, improvement and follow-up of dealer audit systems and business processes.
• Govern monthly dealer target assignment and ensure transparent communication across the network.
• Set up and share annual dealer sales business plan with all network and responsible parties.
