Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager based in Turkey for a partner company. You will own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, translating business needs into clear technical direction and maintaining scope, risks, and delivery economics.

This senior role requires 8+ years in software delivery, strong Agile and cloud experience, and proven people leadership. It is fully remote with a USD salary and opportunities to drive innovation and client value.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software delivery with leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture.
Hands-on delivery in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.
Proven ability to manage delivery planning, execution, risks, and dependencies across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, including planning, scope, and outcomes.
Lead delivery rhythms: sprint planning, backlog, releases, risks, dependencies.
Ensure teams follow engineering standards and align with business value.
Translate client needs into technical direction and maintain delivery governance.
Lead product demonstrations and client-facing sessions; communicate value and outcomes.
Coach and develop delivery teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify risks, remove impediments, and manage delivery economics and margins.
