Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations in Turkey to lead multi-branch restaurant performance and profitability. You will work with the CEO, guide Area and Branch Managers, and implement scalable systems with dashboards, data, and automation to drive growth.

You will own pricing strategies, budgets, and operational discipline while turning challenges into actionable plans. This role offers autonomy and a clear path toward executive leadership as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or business management with multi-location leadership.
• Proven track record improving profitability, processes, and service quality.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, food and labor costs, margins, and unit economics.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve performance across multiple restaurant branches through Area Managers, Branch Managers, and shift leaders.
• Establish clear roles, operating standards, decision rights, escalation paths, audits, and weekly routines.
• Improve visibility into service, delivery, staffing, revenue, costs, margins, and unit economics; hold managers accountable.
• Coach managers to own their areas and reduce escalations to senior leadership.
• Own the online customer journey and drive retention, pricing, promotions, and margins.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance plans to support sales growth.
• Identify opportunities to reduce leakage, waste, and bottlenecks; implement scalable processes.
• Turn opportunities into pilots, service lines, partnerships, and institutional accounts.
• Build relationships with merchants and delivery partners; create repeatable solutions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development as the business grows.
• Leverage AI, dashboards, automation, and digital workflows for planning and reporting.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements for tech teams and validate outcomes.
• Establish a strong first-90-day operating foundation with dashboards and priority pilots.
