ING Hubs Türkiye seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead Finance, Procurement, Accounting & Tax, and Financial Control. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, sustainable growth, and strong governance in a dynamic, scaling environment.

You will oversee liquidity management, reporting dashboards, and finance transformation initiatives while engaging with regulators, auditors, and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior financial leadership experience within large, matrix organisations.
• Proven track record in finance transformation and operating model optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish regulatory and tax landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, procurement, accounting & tax, and financial control functions.
• Partner with management to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with strong governance.
• Drive automation, standardisation, and data-driven decision-making across finance.
• Maintain audit readiness and manage relationships with external auditors and tax providers.
