Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role directs the FP&A team and partners with department heads to assess performance, plan expenditures, and evaluate business decisions.

The candidate will manage consolidated forecasts, portfolio and capital planning, and presentations to the executive team, investors, and board. Strong finance leadership and modeling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A leadership experience and team management.
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proven ability to apply U.S. GAAP and IFRS to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Lead consolidated financial planning and capital budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain three-statement models and scenario analyses.
• Present plans and results to executives, investors, and the board.
• Oversee portfolio forecasting, liquidity planning, and covenant analyses.
• Coach FP&A team leaders and ensure data integrity and controls.
