Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with government incentives, grants, and support programs is required.
• Experience in mobile gaming, mobile apps, technology, or digital products is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and an ownership-driven mindset.

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of our financial operations and support the management team with clear, reliable financial insights.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the company’s cash flow and maintain clear visibility over liquidity.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• Prepare financial reports and projections for founders and investors.

• Present and explain the company’s financial performance to investors and other stakeholders.

• Oversee accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and compliance processes.

• Support financial planning, scenario analysis, and investor-related processes.

• Improve finance processes and reporting structures as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
