Job summary

Avansas, Turkey's leading B2B e‑commerce platform, seeks a growth strategy professional to partner with the Leadership Team on the AI-driven agenda and high-priority initiatives. You will build business cases, run experiments, and deliver data-backed insights.

You will size opportunities from hypothesis through to business case, shape pricing and category insights, and drive cross-functional growth experiments in a fast-moving startup-like environment. Istanbul-based role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, growth, or a CEO/GM office role.
• Strong commercial instinct and understanding of revenue levers.
• Numbers-first approach to unit economics and business cases.
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Proficiency with data tools: SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size new business and revenue opportunities from hypothesis to business case.
• Support pricing, assortment strategy, and category P&L analysis.
• Analyze customer behavior and convert data into strategic actions.
• Design and run growth experiments including pricing tests and campaigns.
• Leverage AI to speed analysis, automate reporting, and surface insights.
• Prepare sharp, numbers-first decision-support outputs for senior leadership.
