Job summary

Seed-X is seeking an Operations and Sales Manager to drive growth in Turkey's vegetable seed markets. You will lead sales of AI-powered seed analysis and sorting solutions, manage day-to-day operations, and build relationships with seed companies, breeders, and producers.

This hunter role requires hands-on, commercially driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced tech startup, are willing to travel within Turkey, and can translate technical value into business impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Ambitious with a strong sales mindset for high-value B2B tech solutions.
• Direct sales experience in vegetable seed or AgTech is a plus.
• Technical product sales requiring understanding of AI/data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor AI-driven seed analysis systems.
• Conduct phenotyping assessments using company software.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Seed-X in Turkey.
• Identify and secure new business with seed companies and breeders.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
