Job summary

Vacancies is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own monetization and retention in a fast-growing mobile gaming niche. You will run experiments, read data, and translate insights into revenue with minimal bureaucracy. The role covers pricing, funnels, live-ops, and cross-functional alignment to push the product forward.

You will collaborate with marketing, UA, content, and development teams to optimize ARPU and LTV, shipping high-impact features and tests that move metrics in weeks, not quarters.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile free-to-play games or apps with monetization and retention results.
• Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops.
• Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development.
• Ability to analyze KPIs (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, UA, design, and development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, plus Ukrainian for internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive monetization strategy to increase revenue metrics and ARPU.
• Improve retention and onboarding by enhancing content and user experience.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features and iterate on results.
• Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success (RPD, ARPU, LTV).
• Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks like RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time.
• Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies.
