Job summary

Sekgames, the studio behind Airport Idle and My Shopping Mall, is expanding and seeking a Growth Manager in Turkey to lead user acquisition and monetization at scale. You’ll own campaigns across channels, optimize ad performance, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related field, 1+ year in mobile gaming marketing, strong analytics, and excellent collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing/growth, preferably mobile gaming.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

We’re scaling our games to the next level — and we’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and monetization at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Own and improve monetization strategies (ads, in-app revenue performance, LTV growth)
• Propose and implement data-driven solutions for current and future growth challenges
• Collaborate closely with creative, product, and development teams to improve overall marketing performance
• Work with 3rd-party partners (networks, agencies, DSPs, etc.) to unlock growth opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience

• University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 1+ year of experience in marketing/growth (preferably in the mobile gaming industry)
