QNB Sigorta is seeking a digital marketing professional to grow channels, improve acquisition, and drive smarter decisions through data and experimentation. You will monitor performance, run A/B tests, analyze funnels, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.

You will also enhance the customer journey, improve SEO, and stay curious about AI-driven marketing trends to continuously boost ROI and conversion rates across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital and performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and derive insights.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns (META, Google Ads preferred).
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Search Console, Data Studio).
• Understanding of SEO and website optimization principles.
• Curiosity about AI and experimentation in marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and take action to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Design and support experiments such as A/B tests to continuously improve conversion performance.
• Analyze marketing and funnel performance to uncover insights and recommend actions that improve business results.
• Drive customer acquisition by planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with agency partners.
• Improve the customer journey by optimizing website and landing page experiences.
• Work on SEO to increase organic visibility.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and creative teams to deliver a seamless digital customer experience.
• Stay curious about new digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and growth opportunities.
