SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Pastry CDP with expertise in Greek and Turkish desserts to lead the dessert program across luxury hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate will master traditional recipes, ingredients and presentation while bringing modern twists to favorites.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting Greek and Turkish pastries, ensuring consistent quality, developing seasonal offerings, and managing pastry operations, inventory, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pastry kitchens or high-end dining environments.
• Specialization in Greek or Turkish pastries is preferred.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage (English, Arabic, Turkish).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present Greek and Turkish pastries and desserts.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all desserts.
• Develop new dessert offerings with seasonal twists.
• Manage pastry operations including inventory, costs, and hygiene.
