Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites graduates to join a Sales-focused Graduate Program in Istanbul. The program blends office and remote work, with a start date of 15.

November 2026 and one year of hands-on experience across sales activities and project management. Eligible candidates have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 in engineering, business, economics or related field; fluency in English and Turkish; and a strong interest in sales and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in 2025 or 2026 with focus in engineering, business management, economics or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.
• Experience or keen interest in sales with a strong interest in technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and planning skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels with a solution-focused approach.
• Comfort with hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) work environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move opportunities to closure.
• Define, manage and evaluate business plans and ensure they are operationally executable.
• Develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and translate plans into value.
• 1:1 mentorship and shadowing of colleagues and teams to accelerate learning.
