Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to own merchant onboarding, configure integrations, payment routing, and API validation for production launches.

You will collaborate with international merchants and Engineering to resolve issues, investigate incidents, and ensure platform reliability and timely go-lives in a fast-moving fintech/crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in L2/L3 technical support or senior support roles.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience using Postman to validate API requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with time constraints.
• Meticulous attention to detail for production configurations.
• Proactive, self-directed with ownership.
• Ability to learn new documentation and workflows quickly.
• Calm under pressure and precise incident handling.
• Fluent Russian and upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment methods.
• Manage API access and production-ready configurations.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Investigate transaction incidents using logs, payloads, and queries.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine origin.
• Triage issues and escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Support final verification and production readiness before launch.
• Communicate findings clearly to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation.
• Own issues through resolution with accuracy and timeliness.
