Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on Technical Support and Integration specialist to onboard merchants, configure payment routes, validate APIs, and troubleshoot issues across a fintech/crypto environment.

You will own production readiness, work with international merchants, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure successful Go-Live experiences while translating technical findings for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or senior Support role in fintech/crypto/payments stack.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring to trace transaction errors.
• Strong understanding of client-server architectures, REST APIs, and JSON structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, routing, and payment methods.
• Manage API access and production readiness environments; issue API keys.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues with Postman to prevent go-live issues.
